To Whom It May Concern:

 

I called on Monday March 9, 2009 in the morning requesting a locksmith after having dropped off my children at school because I had locked the keys in my car. This was already a stressful morning because my son had a heart appointment at Evelina Children's Hospital got his annual checkup at 10am and this appointment is booked a year in advance. It was going to be difficult to deal with the car and get my son to his appointment.

 

I want to say that I am grateful to Maya for helping me. I felt things were going to be taken care of and I knew she was willing to help.  She was very kind. Also, I want to say thank you to the technician who arrived at the car. As I was on the way to the hospital, my nanny was the one who waited with my 6 month old technician to arrive.  As my nanny cannot drive, he actually drove my car home with my nanny and baby. This not only saved me from accumulating parking tickets but was incredibly kind and helpful. What a pleasant surprise to find my car in my driveway when I arrived home from the hospital.

I want you to know that I am incredibly grateful and really appreciate this level of service.

We have been working with Always Locksmiths for over a year now and have found their service to be of a very high standard, the main part of the work that they carry out for us is on behalf of a Housing Association and involves a high amount of evictions, whereby an operative from Always Locksmith has to meet a Housing Officer on site at a designated time.
